Michel Cloes, Founder of the ‘Gastronomy By…’ boutique culinary summit world series. 

Mr. Cloes shares a passion for food and spices dating back to his childhood heritage from Africa and Belgium. His student and professional life took him to new local as well as ethnic food horizons in the Southern region and West Coast of the United States where he worked over 10 years as a lawyer in Los Angeles. In a later professional chapter covering the following 10 years he held senior management positions in US. multinational companies in Europe where he rediscovered the many regional culinary traditions as well as the rich flavors of South East Asia and India during numerous travels.
While a lawyer, Mr. Cloes co-authored EU Business Law, West Publishing 1995. He is working on his next book ’Revenue Models in International Haute Cuisine’.
Mr. Cloes is an active Board member in several civic and professional associations in the United States and Europe.





Peter Houlahan, Head North America & Market Research 
Peter Houlahan is a Founder and Former President of FocusVision Worldwide, the global leader in live video streaming of focus groups for the marketing research industry. Under Mr. Houlahan, FocusVision grew to a $25mm company with 70 employees in offices in New York, London, Los Angeles, and Chicago and was acquired in 2007 by the Private Equity firm SV Investment Partners of New York. Peter lives with his wife and two children in Connecticut, USA. 




Diane Anthonissen, Corporate Chef & Special Events Manager .

Diane Anthonissen holds a MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. After several years in senior management position in major companies, Diane changed career after moving to Paris. She is a recent graduate of famed Paris culinary school Gregoire Ferrandi , and has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants such as Hélène Darroze in Paris. 





Mark Mc Rae, Vice President Sales, North America 
Mr. McRae is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with over 15 years experience in several industry segments including conferences, trade shows, publishing, interactive marketing and direct marketing. Previously, as a conference program director, he has produced numerous successful events and trade shows internationally, focusing on emerging markets and electronic commerce. His expertise in creating events and environments where networking opportunities thrive will be an important contribution to the overall strategic goals of the company. 




Guy Carle, Founder and President of Carle Organisation.
Guy Carle is a recognized specialist in event management specialized in the food industry. He has over 20-year-experience in the field and has managed pavilions at Equip’hotel, SIAL and many other key F&B events in France.
